Dale graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with high distinction. He earned his CA designation through the Ontario Institute in 2007 and has completed the CICA In-depth Tax Course. Before joining Romanovsky & Associates in 2009, Dale worked for a National accounting firm in Toronto. He was welcomed as a partner to the firm in January 2012.

Louise is an experienced operations manager, having managed the office operations of a number of leading professional service firms in Toronto before joining Romanovsky & Associates. Louise spent the first several years of her professional career taking on increasingly responsible roles in the accounting department of one of Canada’s oldest and most distinguished law firms. At R & A, Louise manages all administrative aspects of the Toronto office.

Paul graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2009. He earned his CPA, CA designation in 2018 and joined Romanovsky & Associates in 2020. He was promoted to manager in 2023.
